A Legacy of Real Estate Vision · United States & Europe
I&H Solomon LP
From the skyline of Midtown Manhattan to the lakefront of Chicago and the streets of Barcelona — a half-century of acquisition, development, and investment across the most enduring real estate markets on two continents. Developed in partnership with Credit Suisse First Boston over a thirteen-year institutional relationship.
I&H Solomon LP has been acquiring, developing, and investing in real estate across the United States and Europe for more than fifty years. The portfolio spans residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use development in premier markets — from New York and Palm Beach to Chicago, London, and Barcelona.
At the heart of this portfolio are three landmark Manhattan skyscrapers developed with principal capital in partnership with Credit Suisse First Boston — 712 Fifth Avenue, 1585 Broadway, and 750 Seventh Avenue — representing nearly one billion dollars in development and reshaping the Midtown Manhattan skyline in the late 1980s.
Wellington Capital Partners LP serves as the institutional co-investment platform, providing the capital structure and strategic framework through which select investor partners participate alongside the principal in identified opportunities.
"The discipline of great real estate development is identical to the discipline of great law — you read every document, you understand every risk, and you never mistake activity for progress. The buildings that define this portfolio were conceived boldly, financed carefully, and built to endure."— I&H Solomon LP | Founded 1975
